Frequently Asked Questions

As you may expect, we experience a lot of the same questions when clients call us. Trust us that isn't a bad thing, but it definitely gave us a great handle on which questions to place on our FAQ page! Below, you will find some of the more commonly asked questions that we receive on a daily basis. Be sure to read them over to see if any of them are being asked in your mind currently. And, of course, if you don't find your question below, simply give us a call or send us an email with that question, and we will answer promptly!

POPULAR QUESTIONS

One of our highly trained and eminently professional reservation specialists will process your reservation. We only take debit or credit cards for the reservation, but you can remit full payment in cash or check, given the time constraints available to do so.

Yes, it is. Because we are fully licensed with the Department of Transportation and have the requisite registrations, you are more than welcome to bring alcoholic beverages into any of our vehicles for your enjoyment... provided you are of legal drinking age, of course.

In order for us to keep our prices down so more people can enjoy the experience that comes from riding on a party bus, we do not provide alcohol to our clients. However, if you and your guests are all 21 years or older, feel free to bring as much alcohol as you want!

General Questions

Do you have any hidden charges?

No. All of our charges are fully disclosed up front and on our contract.

Can we smoke while in your vehicles?

Smoking is expressly NOT allowed in any of our vehicles at any time. You will incur a cleanup charge if you are caught smoking in one of our vehicles.

Do any of your vehicles have restrooms on them?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not house any vehicles with restrooms on them. However, with your unlimited stops, if you need a restroom break, let your driver know, and they will find an appropriate place for you and your guests to relieve yourselves.
